Video | ACTA students train with VR for acute situations in the dental clinic

ACTA students have recently started using VR headsets to practise how to respond to medical emergencies, such as fainting or allergic reactions. In a virtual dental clinic, they experience lifelike situations that can also occur in real practice. Students indicated a need for more realistic and intensive training. “Your most important skill as a dentist is being able to perform under pressure.”
