On Sunday evening, visitors to the Anton Pannekoek Institute were able to witness the full lunar eclipse, the so-called blood moon, up close. It was a bit tense at the start of the evening, but whether you looked through a telescope, used binoculars, or just watched with the naked eye: the blood moon was clearly visible. “It’s special to be able to see something like this up close.”
