Video | ‘This medieval soup tastes fresh’

As part of the exhibition Back to the Foodure at the UB, you can taste a medieval soup starting this week. The exhibition presents a history of gastronomy in the form of a large book. Students can also add their own recipes to the book. ‘I’m curious to see if there’s already a hutspot in there, because it can’t be missed.’
