National Student Survey (NSE) shows that student opinion in relation to their UvA study has dropped.

The  scores (a drop from 4.02 to 3.97 on a five-point scale) are alligned with the national trend where, overall, opinion on university studies is slightly worse than last year according to the NSE results.

UvA students are most positive about the ambiance of the programme, group size and internship experiences. They are less positive about the preparation for their professional career, internationalisation and internship opportunities. This trend is broadly same for all universities.

Students of the Logic master and musicology bachelor are most enthusiastic about their studies. The masters of social geography and literature the least so.

All college and university students received an invitation to participate in the NSE. The response rate among 744.000 students was slightly lower this year than last year, at 36.2 per cent.
